Payment
1. ZAGE accepts payment via Paypal and wire transfer, please e-mail us should you need to make wire transfer payments. Kindly note handling fees apply.
2. ZAGE will start ordering process AFTER confirming receipt of full payment.
Shipping policy
All ZAGE turbochargers are built to order to your exact specifications and should not be considered on the shelf ready to ship unless specifically noted on the work order. Build times vary by model of turbo and options of said turbocharger, therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery date or ETA.
All orders will be shipped via EMS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking number(s) will be provided after package(s) is/are dispatched. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding conveyance.
Different custom duty rates apply to individual country, prices do not include import tariffs, expect to pay custom duties when goods arrive.
Claims
For manufacturing defect or missing parts please contact sales1@zageturbo.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returns & Cancellations
For return, cancellation or exchange of a product please contact us by email.
We may accept the return provided it is unused, is in resalable condition and returned within 20 days of original invoice. Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs, these will be deducted from your refund.
In times of wrong shipment, please contact us immediately for rectifying the order. However, refunds will not be authorized for items that have been altered. If replacement is not in stock, ZAGE will cancel the order and refund. A notification will be sent to you.
Warranty
ZAGE offers 1-year warranty coverage from the date of the invoice for turbocharger orders. However, parts and accessories are covered against only manufacturing defects upon receipt of the products.
Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, consequential damages, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. For warranty claims, please contact us by email.
